We, the undersigned, call on the government to legislate to allow local authorities to impose a council tax premium on second homes and a change of use application for second homes, and for Cornwall Council to implement it immediately it becomes law. This Conservative led Cornwall Council Administration say they are 'talking' to the Government about this, but we demand action now!
